Your part is about 30 minutes at the signing. We draft the bilingual text, agree it with the notary, translate every clause and coordinate the apostille.
At the notary with a translation of every clause
Describe what you need in your own words: 'a power of attorney for my mother to sell the apartment', 'consent for my child to travel'. There is no need to master notarial fine print. You visit the notary once, for 30 minutes, and everything is already prepared: the document is drafted from the start in the language of the country where it will be used. You sign, and the document is in your hands. An unusual situation is not a refusal: we adapt the process to your case, and the final document will be valid.

What people come to us with
The transaction is in Spain and you cannot travel
We draft the power of attorney so it will be accepted: to sell a property, to operate an account, to handle a vehicle. We agree the powers in advance for the specific transaction.
You live together but never married
A pareja de hecho grants rights that affect residence and inheritance. We prepare the deed before a notary and register the partnership with your region.
You want to marry in Spain
We handle the marriage file (expediente) at the Registro Civil: documents with translations and apostilles, preparation for the interview and appointments without queues.
The signing is in Spanish and you do not speak it
We translate and explain every clause at the signing itself. You understand what you are signing rather than signing blind.
You need to revoke a power of attorney you granted
We prepare the revocation and make sure it reaches the registry and anyone who could have used it.
FAQ
Will another country accept my document?
Yes. We align the wording not only with the notary but also with the legislation of the destination country, and you approve the final version of the text before signing. Legal force abroad comes from the apostille: an official stamp without which a certified paper is just paper once it crosses the border. We arrange the apostille for you.
Why is my part only 30 minutes?
Because we do all the work before your visit: the text is agreed, the notary is briefed, the date and the interpreter are booked. You come once - to sign.
My situation is unusual and some documents are missing. Is that a refusal?
No. We tailor the wording and the approach to your case so the document is still valid - situations like this are our specialty.
The deadline is tight. Will we make it?
We book the earliest available dates, and for especially urgent cases we make exceptions. An urgent document can be done same day.
Do I need an interpreter at the notary?
If you do not speak Spanish, the notary must be satisfied that you understand the deed. We attend the signing and translate every clause.
Can I grant a power of attorney from outside Spain?
Yes: before a notary where you are, or at a Spanish consulate, with an apostille and sworn translation. We agree the wording in advance so the powers cover what needs doing.
What does the price include and what is paid separately?
The price covers our work: preparing documents, agreeing the wording, attending the signing and registering the deed. Notary and registry fees are paid separately. We give you the full amount before we start.
How long does it take to prepare a transaction?
It depends on which documents you already hold and whether translations and apostilles are needed. After reviewing your case we give a timeline and book the notary date around it.
Do you check the property before signing?
Yes. Before the transaction we check ownership, debts, encumbrances and whether the buildings are legal, and we tell you about the risks before you sign anything.
