Cookie policy
Version dated 27 October 2026
1. What cookies are
Small files that the website stores in your browser so that it works correctly and remembers your preferences.
2. Cookies on this website
Strictly necessary technical mechanisms always operate: page loading, form submission and anti-spam protection. In accordance with the AEPD Guide on the use of cookies, technical cookies do not require consent.
In addition, our hosting provider GoDaddy sets its own technical files to monitor server availability and load: _tccl_visitor and _tccl_visit (visit identifier) and _scc_session (session state). We do not use this data or link it to your enquiry.
3. Analytics only with your consent
Visit statistics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement (Google Ads) are activated only after your express consent via the banner with equal "Accept" and "Decline" buttons. Before consent the tags operate in denied mode (Google Consent Mode v2): no cookies are set and no identifiers are transmitted. After consent these cookies are used:
- _ga: anonymous GA4 user identifier; duration 2 years; analytics.
- _ga_9P1GCS501K: session state of our Google Analytics 4 property; duration 2 years; analytics.
The analytics collects: source of the visit, pages viewed, device type and approximate geolocation; the IP address is anonymized.
Advertising cookies appear only after consent and serve to measure advertising effectiveness: _gcl_au (Google Ads, click attribution, duration 90 days), IDE and test_cookie (doubleclick.net domain, impression measurement). You can withdraw your consent at any time using the button below.
If you submit an enquiry and have accepted cookies, the contact details you provide (e-mail or phone) are transmitted to Google Ads encrypted, to measure which ad generated the enquiry. Google receives an irreversible hash, not the data itself, and cannot contact you with it. This feature is called enhanced conversions.
Behaviour analytics (Microsoft Clarity, a Microsoft service) helps us see how visitors use the website so that we can improve it: it records clicks, scrolling and cursor movements and builds heatmaps and session recordings from them. The Clarity script is not loaded at all until you click "Accept"; after that we tell Clarity that analytics storage is allowed and advertising storage is not (Clarity Consent API v2). Text typed into form fields is masked by Clarity and is not recorded. After consent these cookies are used:
- _clck: Clarity user identifier and settings, so that repeat visits to this website are linked to the same pseudonymous ID; duration 1 year; analytics.
- _clsk: links the pages viewed during one visit into a single Clarity session; duration 1 day; analytics.
- CLID, MUID, MR, SM and ANONCHK: Microsoft's own cookies on the clarity.ms and bing.com domains (CLID records when Clarity first saw your browser on any site that uses Clarity, MUID identifies the browser on Microsoft sites and is used by Microsoft for analytics, advertising and operational purposes, MR and SM refresh it and keep it in sync across Microsoft domains, ANONCHK is always 0 because Clarity does not use the advertising identifier); duration set by Microsoft; analytics, third-party.
If you click "Decline" or later withdraw your consent, we send Clarity a refusal signal and delete the _clck and _clsk cookies. Microsoft's own cookies on its domains can be deleted in your browser settings.
4. How to manage cookies
You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The main sections of the website will continue to work.
5. Third-party services
If you access WhatsApp, Telegram or other third-party services from the website, they apply their own cookie and privacy policies.
Microsoft Clarity data (only after your consent) is processed by Microsoft under the Microsoft Privacy Statement and may be transferred outside the EEA; details are in the Privacy policy.
