Terms of service

Version dated 4 August 2026

1. Service provider

Services under the Krepko brand are provided by a Spanish commercial company. CIF: B22809552. Intra-Community VAT number: ESB22809552. Registered office: Avinguda de la Costa Blanca 93, 03540 Alicante, Comunidad Valenciana, Spain. Commercial Registry of Alicante, Sheet A-199558. Contact: WhatsApp +34 624 309 985, Telegram @krepko_eu, e-mail hello@krepko.es.

2. Subject matter

Organizational and informational assistance in Spain: preparation and review of documents, appointments with public bodies, filing of applications, representation under a power of attorney, coordination of qualified professionals and communication with authorities, banks and entities.

3. Formalization of the assignment

You leave an enquiry, we hold a free consultation and agree on the scope, the timeframes and the exact price. Work begins after your confirmation and advance payment. The terms agreed in writing for a specific assignment prevail over the information on the website.

4. Price and payment

The price is fixed before work begins and is not revised unilaterally if the scope does not change. Payment models:

Public fees and the charges of notaries, sworn translators and other professionals are not included in the price of the services and are paid separately at official rates. Applicable taxes are indicated when the price is agreed. The launch of the process (a document handed over for preparation, translation or to the notary, a fee paid) is the point from which public expenses become non-refundable.

5. Obligation of means, not of result

We perform the work professionally, in full and within the agreed timeframes (obligation of means). Final decisions rest with public authorities and third parties: the Oficina de Extranjería (Immigration Office), consulates, the tax administration, banks, registries and notaries. The approval of an application, its resolution times and the final outcome are not and cannot be guaranteed by anyone. A refusal by an authority for reasons beyond our control, with the work fully performed, does not mean that the service has not been provided.

6. Client obligations

The client provides complete, truthful and up-to-date information and documents within the agreed timeframes. The consequences of inaccurate or incomplete data are borne by the client. A delay by the client may make it impossible to continue the work and releases the provider from liability for timeframes and outcome in the affected part. If the client deliberately provides false data, Krepko may terminate the assignment immediately; public expenses already incurred are borne by the client.

7. Qualified professionals

Regulated actions - court representation, lawyer opinions, sworn translations, notarial acts - are carried out by qualified professionals (registered lawyers, sworn translators, notaries). Their involvement is agreed with the client; their fees and official charges are paid separately unless expressly agreed otherwise.

8. Representation and powers of attorney

Actions on behalf of the client are performed only to the extent necessary for the agreed assignment, on the basis of the client's express consent or the power of attorney granted. The power of attorney may be revoked at any time; revocation does not annul actions already performed and does not release the client from the client's own legal obligations.

9. Withdrawal and refunds

Before the launch of the process (Model A) the client assumes no financial obligations: we refund the advance payment minus the expenses actually incurred. After the launch, the client reimburses the actual public expenses and pays for the part of the work performed. Under Model B: before the documents are handed over to the partners, a 100% refund minus bank fees; after the handover, a refund of the unused part only; after the documents are delivered to the client, no refund is due.

Cancellation of an agreed appointment (notary, bank, public body): more than 48 hours in advance, no penalty; between 24 and 48 hours, public expenses plus 50% of the service price; less than 24 hours or non-attendance, public expenses plus 100% of the service price. If Krepko cancels the appointment, we propose a new date or an equivalent alternative and reimburse the client for the public expenses incurred.

A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without justification if the work has not begun (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, LGDCU); once performance has begun with the consumer's express consent, the right of withdrawal lapses for the part performed. A service provided in full is non-refundable. If the error is ours, we correct it at our own expense.

10. Liability

The provider's total liability for an assignment is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for that assignment. The provider is not liable for loss of profit or indirect damages, or for the decisions and timeframes of public authorities and third parties. This clause does not limit the mandatory rights of consumers under Spanish law.

11. Confidentiality

The client's information and documents are not disclosed and are used only to perform the assignment. They may be communicated to the qualified professionals involved in the case and in the circumstances provided for by law, including the obligations arising from Ley 10/2010 on the prevention of money laundering (upon an official request from the competent authorities).

12. Intellectual property

Documents, translations and materials prepared for the client are delivered to the client upon completion of the work and its payment. Krepko's internal templates and know-how remain the property of the provider and may be used in other assignments.

13. Force majeure and regulatory changes

In cases of force majeure (art. 1105 of the Codigo Civil), as well as legislative changes or changes in administrative practice that make performance impossible or substantially different, the parties will agree on a modification of the terms or the termination of the assignment with a fair settlement for the work actually performed.

14. Amendments to these terms

These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page with its date. Assignments already initiated are governed by the terms in force at the time they were formalized.

15. Applicable law and disputes

Spanish law applies: the Codigo Civil, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (LGDCU), Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), the GDPR and the LOPDGDD. The parties will first try to resolve disagreements amicably: send your complaint to hello@krepko.es and we will respond within a reasonable time. Consumers also have out-of-court mechanisms: the Junta Arbitral de Consumo (Consumer Arbitration Board), the municipal consumer office (OMIC) and the European online dispute resolution platform. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Alicante, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers regarding the legally established forum.
