What people come to us with
Your temporary protection is ending and you need to stay
We work out which status to move to: arraigo, work, study or family. We time it so your protection does not expire before the new permit is in place.
You have lived in Spain for years without papers
For arraigo what counts is continuous residence, not how you entered. We gather the evidence: padrón, bank statements, medical records, and prepare the informe de arraigo.
You work remotely for a company outside Spain
That is the digital nomad visa. We check whether your contract and income meet the requirements and build the file so it does not attract objections.
Your permit expires and the appointment is a month away
We handle the renewal and book the appointment in advance. We keep track of your deadlines, so your status does not lapse.
You received a refusal or a requerimiento
We read the authority's reasoning and either answer the requerimiento in time or prepare an appeal. We identify what exactly did not satisfy them.
FAQ
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on the specific residence permit category that fits you, the number of applicants and the state of their documents.
How long does it take?
The timeline depends on the type of residence permit and on the authority. We will tell you how long preparing your file will take after the free case review.
Can it be done remotely?
Yes, it can: with your consent, our specialists are authorized to represent you before Spanish state institutions.
Do I have to fly to Spain to file the application?
We handle much of the process under a power of attorney, including filing. Your presence is required only for the TIE fingerprinting - we book that appointment in your city at a time that suits you.
What does the price include and what is paid separately?
The price covers our work: reviewing your case, preparing the file, filing it and answering the authority's requests. Government fees are paid separately at the official rate. We quote and fix the final amount before we start.
My documents are in Russian or Ukrainian. What do I do with them?
Spanish authorities accept them with a sworn translation, and often an apostille as well. We arrange it with a sworn translator, so you do not need to find one yourself.
What happens if a requerimiento arrives?
We answer it ourselves, as part of the service. The response window is short, so we monitor the authority's notifications and keep the case moving.
Do you guarantee the permit will be approved?
The decision rests with the authority and nobody can guarantee it. We are accountable for our part: if a document is rejected because of our mistake, we redo it at our own cost. If the requirements have changed, we say so plainly.
