Documents from Ukraine and Russia for Spain: duplicates, criminal record certificates, apostille and translations, delivered to you. Price agreed upfront.
Remote document processing
Half of all Spanish procedures come down to documents issued by your country of origin: certificates, records, diplomas. We retrieve them remotely, legalize them and deliver them to your door.
Making your documents valid in Spain
from 120 €
A birth certificate or another document from your country does not work in Spain 'as is': without an apostille and a translation it is legally useless. We bring it into working order - and usually without any risk to the original.
The most convenient way (our recommendation): we order a duplicate in Ukraine - your original stays with you, and the ready legalized package arrives faster
The classic way: everything is done in Ukraine - apostille, notarized translation and a second apostille; easier on the budget
The 'there and back' way: apostille in Ukraine, sworn translation already in Spain - longer and more expensive, but sometimes it is exactly what is required
Suitable when you need to prove kinship, marriage or another status

How it works
Get in touch Briefly describe the task: which document, from which country and for what purpose.
Agreement We assess the task and quote the cost and timeline for your country, with exceptions for especially urgent cases.
Work starts Once all the details are clear, you pay 100% upfront and we launch the retrieval and legalization without any involvement on your side. Payment is in full because the costs land immediately: state fees, document retrieval, the apostille. Other areas work differently - a prepayment for the preparation, the rest on completion.
While you wait We obtain the document, get the apostille and arrange the sworn translation - keeping you posted at every stage.
Delivery We bring the ready, legally valid document to your door.
What people come to us with
A document was returned because it lacked an apostille
This is the most common reason documents are rejected. We work out which stamp your particular authority needs and where to obtain it: in the issuing country or here in Spain.
You need a criminal record certificate and you are already in Spain
We order the document in your country of origin, have it apostilled and arrange the sworn translation. You do not need to travel.
You have one original and need it in two places
We order a duplicate: your original stays with you while the legalised package arrives separately, usually sooner.
Your degree is not recognised by an employer or an authority
Homologación is a separate procedure with its own timelines. We work out whether you need it or a sworn translation is enough.
The documents are for another country, not Spain
Requirements differ: some need an apostille, others consular legalisation. We check what the destination authority requires and prepare the package accordingly.
FAQ
How much does it cost?
The cost is quoted individually based on your request, since the document package can vary.
How long does it take?
Timelines depend on the scope. We run the processes in parallel - on average 2 to 4 working weeks including delivery.
Why 100% upfront?
As soon as we start, we incur costs: state fees, document retrieval, the apostille. That is why payment is made in full, and the price of the service is fixed at the start.
Who sees my data and documents?
Only the people working on your case. Your data is not shared with anyone outside the process.
How does a sworn translation differ from a notarised one?
A sworn translation (traducción jurada) is produced by a translator accredited by Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs: their stamp is sufficient and no separate certification is needed. A notarised translation made abroad is not always accepted here.
Can it all be done without leaving Spain?
Yes. We order the document in your country of origin on your behalf, have it apostilled there, and arrange the sworn translation here in Spain with a sworn translator.
Is it cheaper to do everything in the issuing country or in Spain?
The full cycle abroad is usually cheaper but slower. Apostille there and sworn translation here is faster. We price both routes and give you the figures before we start.
How long is a criminal record certificate valid?
Different authorities require different freshness, counted from the issue date. We time the order around your filing date so the certificate does not expire while you wait in the queue.
How is work with foreign documents paid for?
We pay our partners in the issuing country upfront, so these orders are prepaid in full. The price is fixed before we start and there are no extras along the way.
