Document translation from Russian and Ukrainian into Spanish: written from 18 €/page, sworn by a traductor jurado. The price of our work is quoted upfront.

Your documents translated into Spanish

We translate Ukrainian and Russian-language documents you already have into Spanish: as a standard written translation or through a sworn translator (traductor jurado) from the register of Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Tell us what needs translating and where the translation will be used: during a free assessment we will tell you which translation you need and quote the price before we start. We check the spelling of names against your passport and deliver the finished translation across Spain and abroad. Krepko is a private company, not a government agency and not a sworn translator: the sworn translation is signed by a traductor jurado, and we manage the order from assessment to delivery.

Included in the translation price

A translation can be accurate and still be in the wrong format. Before we start, we check what kind of translation the receiving party expects and spell names the same way in every translation in your set. A translation reproduces the original as it stands: if the documents themselves contain discrepancies, we will tell you before we start.

  • Checking the translation format requirements
  • Advice on whether you need a sworn translation or a written one is enough
  • Checking the spelling of first names and surnames against your passport
  • Consistent transliteration across all translations in the set

What people come to us with

You were asked for a sworn translation

A standard translation was not accepted, and a traducción jurada is needed. We arrange the sworn translation and also check which other documents in your set need translating.

You were told to get a notarized translation

We clarify which translation is actually required and provide exactly that. For documents used in Spain, this is usually a sworn translation (traducción jurada): we arrange it with a traductor jurado and quote the price before we start.

You need your diploma translated into Spanish

We prepare the translation of your diploma and grade transcript: written, or sworn by a traductor jurado, depending on who needs the translation - an employer, an educational institution or another receiving party.

Names are spelled differently across your documents

Transliteration often varies from one document to another. Before translating, we check the spelling of first names and surnames against your passport and keep one spelling across all translations in the set. If the originals themselves differ, we will tell you before we start.

You need the translation in a couple of days

Give us the date during the assessment: we will tell you whether we can make it and confirm the timeline before you pay. Written translations can be done urgently; sworn ones follow the translator's schedule.

FAQ

How much does a translation cost?

Written translation - from 18 €/page. For a sworn translation, the translator's fee is paid separately, while we quote and fix the price of our work before we start, with no extra charges along the way. Prices are indicative ("from" prices), include IVA 21% and depend on volume and urgency.

How long does it take?

It depends on the volume and on whether a sworn translation is needed. Urgent written translation - from 24 hours; the timeline for a sworn one depends on the translator's schedule. We give you the exact timeline during the assessment, before you pay anything.

Do I need to come to the office?

A personal visit is usually not needed for a translation: we discuss the task on WhatsApp or Telegram and deliver the finished translation across Spain and abroad. If the translator needs the original in your case, we will tell you before we start.

Is Krepko a sworn translator?

No. Krepko is a private company: not a government agency, not a sworn translator and not a representative of Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We assess the task, clarify the requirements, check the names and manage the order, while the sworn translation is signed by a traductor jurado from the register of Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

What is included in the price, and what is paid separately?

The price covers our work: checking the translation requirements, checking names, and the written translation or arranging the sworn one. The initial assessment of your task is free. Paid separately: the sworn translator's fee and state fees, if your order involves any, for example for an apostille. We quote the full amount before we start.

What if the translation is not accepted?

If the document is sent back because of our mistake, for example in the spelling of a name, we redo the translation at our own expense. If the translation requirements have changed, we will tell you so directly. The decision to accept the document rests with the organization that needs it.

Can I get an apostille and a translation in one order?

Yes. Apostille and consular legalization of documents you already have is a separate service, from 75 €. If you need both, we handle them as one order and quote the full amount before we start. Fees and the sworn translator's fee are paid separately.

Do you translate into other languages?

Our main pair is Russian and Ukrainian into Spanish. If you need a translation into another language, mention it during the assessment: we will check the requirements for that translation separately.

Who sees my documents?

Only the people handling your order and the translator working on the text. Your data is not shared with anyone outside the translation process.
