Apostille, double apostille and consular legalization
Apostille and document legalization in Spain
Apostille and legalization of documents you already have: Ukrainian, Spanish and others. Our fee from 75 €, quoted before we start. Free assessment.
Apostille and legalization in the right order
An apostille is just one stamp, but getting it right involves several decisions: which country should issue it, whether a second apostille is needed, and what kind of translation will be required. Get the order of steps wrong and the document may be sent back. We handle the entire route: we check the requirements for the document, arrange the apostille or consular legalization and, if needed, the translation. We work with documents you already have. Krepko is a private company, not a government agency: the apostille is issued by the competent authority, the sworn translation is signed by a traductor jurado, and we manage the process.
Apostille for Ukrainian and other foreign documents
from 75 €
You have the document in hand, but in Spain you are asked for an apostille on it. The apostille comes from the country that issued the document: we arrange it there and return the document to you, with a translation if needed.

Apostille for Spanish documents

Consular legalization
from 75 €
If the issuing country or the destination country is not a party to the Hague Convention, an apostille does not apply. In that case a chain of certifications and legalization at the consulate is usually needed - we handle it from start to finish.

How it works
Get in touch Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram and tell us what the document is, where it was issued and where it will be used. You can attach a photo right away.

Start You make a prepayment and hand over the document in person or by courier. If the apostille in the issuing country requires a power of attorney for a representative, we draft the text and you sign it before a notary.
Apostille and translation We arrange the apostille or legalization, then the translation. We update you at every step, so you never have to chase us.
Finished package We return the document with the apostille and translation in person or by courier, within Spain and abroad.
What people come to us with
You need an apostille, but the document is already with you in Spain
We arrange the apostille in the issuing country through a representative and agree in advance how the original will be sent and returned to you. We quote the price of our work before we start.
You need a Spanish document in Ukraine or another country
A power of attorney from a Spanish notary, a court decision, a diploma: we arrange the apostille in Spain and, if needed, a translation into the destination country's language, then send the finished document by courier to wherever it is needed.
Not sure which stamp you need
Send us a photo of the document and tell us where it will be used. We will tell you whether one apostille is enough or whether you need a double apostille or consular legalization, and quote the price before we start. The assessment is free.
You need your diploma for work or study in Spain
We arrange the apostille on the diploma in the issuing country and a translation that meets the university's or employer's requirements. Homologación is a separate procedure: an apostille and a translation do not replace it.
Your document was sent back: an apostille or translation is missing
Send us the document and the notice you received: we will work out what was missing and quote the price of the additional work before we start. We work with the document you already have.
FAQ
How much does an apostille cost, start to finish?
Apostille and legalization: from 75 € for our work, IVA included. We quote the exact price after a free assessment and fix it before we start, with no extra charges along the way. Paid separately: state fees at the official rate, the sworn translator's work at their own rate and, if the route goes through a notary, the notary's fee.
How long does an apostille or legalization take?
It depends on the issuing country, the type of document and the route. We give you the timeline after the assessment, together with the price. If you need the document by a specific date, tell us right away and we will plan the steps around it. A written translation, if needed, can be done urgently - from 24 hours.
Do I need to come in person?
A trip to the issuing country is usually not necessary: we arrange the apostille there through a representative. If this requires a power of attorney, it is signed before a notary - we will tell you about that visit and the notary's fee in advance. You hand over the document in person at our office in Alicante or by courier, and we return the finished package the same way.
Do you issue the apostille yourselves?
No. Krepko is a private company, not a government agency. The apostille is issued by the competent authority, consular legalization is completed by the consulate of the destination country, and the sworn translation is signed by a traductor jurado from the register of Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We check the requirements, arrange the apostille, legalization and translation, and manage the whole route for you.
What is included in the price, and what is paid separately?
The price covers our work: reviewing the requirements, arranging the apostille or legalization, and keeping track of the order of steps and the handover of documents. Paid separately: apostille or legalization fees, the sworn translator's fee and, if the route goes through a notary, the notary's fee. We quote the full amount before we start.
How does payment work?
The assessment of your task is free. Once the route and the price are agreed, you make a prepayment - we do not start without it. If the apostille is done in the country that issued the document, costs arise there immediately, so this work is paid in full upfront.
What happens if the document is sent back?
If the document is sent back because of our mistake, we redo the work at our own expense. If the requirements have changed, we will tell you so directly. The decision to accept the document rests with whoever needs it, which is why we check the requirements before we start.
I need a double apostille - do you handle that?
Yes. A double apostille means an apostille on the document, a notarized translation and a second apostille in the issuing country. The other route is one apostille there and a sworn translation in Spain. We check which one suits your case and quote prices for both before we start.
Do you arrange apostilles on diplomas?
Yes, on diplomas and school certificates you already have. We arrange the apostille and the translation, including the diploma supplement, in the form the university or employer asks for. Diploma recognition (homologación) is a separate procedure: an apostille and a translation do not replace it.
We reply in messengers within 15 minutes during working hours with the exact price.
